I have a rather simple mail rule:

Execute if ALL criteria are met.
If
Subject contains "xyz"
Subject does not contain "re:"
Then
Change status: Not junk mail
Move message: folder name

However, it just doesn't work. Rather, it used to work but for some reason
it doesn't any more. All mail that satisfies those two conditions simply
remains in my inbox.
I've made sure that the rule is enabled. I've also changed the order of
rules -- I've moved this rule to both first and last -- to no avail.
Any suggestions?
