Whenever my G4 crashes, when I next try to open Entourage, I get a message:
You do not have the text encoding converter installed. Please reinstall your
system software. I can easily solve the problem by running the Microsoft
First Run program in the Microsoft Internet Self-Repair folder, without
reinstalling the system. It happens often and is an annoyance.
Any suggestions for preventing it?
I am running System 9.0.4
