Diane rises late so let me give it a try:

1. Using Import, you have to first say you want to import from a text file.
It then asks if it is comma-delimited, or mbox format. When you pick the
latter, you should be able to see the file you want to import.

2. Dragging: What you want to do is have Entourage open, and drag the mbox
file <into the folder pane> of the Entourage window.

Either method should work.
