When several thousand messages in mailing list folders have accumulated,
moving the messages to the Deleted Messages folder takes several minutes,
after which deleting them from this folder takes several more minutes.
Is there a key combination to delete messages in one fell swoop from their
original folders? I've tried shift, option, etc., and none of these obvious
ones seem to work.
