Could it have anything to do with the Smart Quotes setting in
Word/Entourage/Office? I'm willing to be that I have it turned on (and I get
the curly quotes results). Paul, George, Laurie (and whomever else is
getting straight quotes), do you have Smart Quotes on or off?
