Hello all, I used to have an Entourage database of over 20,000 messages. Finally, I archived most of them to a FileMaker database, leaving only about 1,500 messages in the E'rage database at a time. For some reason, it appears that Entourage still thinks that I have 11,000 or so emails. When doing a search, results display emails that I had already archived and deleted -- the emails can be opened, etc., and display the folder name of folders I trashed long ago. My E'rage database is over 90MB, and I have only 1,500 or so emails that are visible. A typical rebuild did not solve this problem. Any ideas what the best way to solve the problem is?
