Haven't dared to upgrade yet. Your problem, however, sounds like it might be
related to the version of CarbonLib installed. OS 9.2.1 uses CarbonLib 1.4
and many people reported problems with drag-n-drop when CarbonLib 1.3.1 came
out. The advice has generally been to downgrade CarbonLib to 1.2.5.
