I'm in research stages for a book I am writing on email management and
dealing with overload. If any of you have any tips, tricks or specifics
that help you effectively deal with a lot of email using Entourage, and have
time to share them or participate in telephone or email interview, please
feel free to contact me. Two areas I am specifically looking at are the
best strategies for setting up filters and organizing folders and mailbox
hierarchy.
On a side note, I've been looking at all the email clients and comparing
Eudora for the Mac with Entourage. While Eudora is a very powerful program,
I say that Entourage beats it hands down for full-featuredness. There are
many things I can do with Entourage that I cannot do with the latest version
of Eudora. I can only hope (like the rest of us) that the Mac Business Unit
@ MS will continue to evolve Entourage as a product, because it is a good
one!
