Synching Across Languages

Hi,

I am about to try synching my Japanese copy of Entourage with my Visor with
an English system.  I wonder if this would work?  Am I going to have to
change the Visor system to Japanese (I'm not even sure if this is possible)?

Anyone have a clue?
