First Junk Filter, then MLM, then other rules. On the Advanced tab of the
MLM window for every mailing list, you will see a checkbox: Do not apply
rules to list messages." I believe that's checked by default. Uncheck it if
you want other rules to be applied afterwards. think you can even move
messages that have already been moved to a list's folder a second time, but
I'm not 100% certain.
