So go into Entourage's prefs and turn off the flashing icon notification,
just use the audio. I depend more on the audio than the flashing/bouncing
icon in either classic or x. BTW Entourage X rocks, actually the whole
Office X suite is great! Even without the 10.1 upgrade it launches rather
snappily, and once one of the apps has launched the other launches or
relaunches are lightning quick.
