Thanks David. I was unable to find a similar feature in Outlook 97 so we
upgraded her to Outlook 2000. She is now able to send me vCards without a
hitch. Just out of curiosity, is there similar functionality in Outlook 97
that I overlooked or are vCards a more recent standard?
