At some stage recently Entourage has stopped displaying html messages correctly. It seems to pick up the font and font size information, but otherwise displays them as text messages.I assume you're talking about graphics and such-like? Is there an 'IE 5 Control for Office' and 'Microsoft Internet Library' in the Office subfolder of Microsoft Office 2001 folder? Quit Entourage, remove these two files to desktop, and relaunch Entourage. Check again with a complex HTML message.
I’ve tried increasing the memory allocation, all the way up to 50mbs, but that made no difference.
I did recently perform the firmware upgrade and the 9.2.1 upgrade.
