First of all, call back MS Support, contest the level of 'help' you have received for $35, and request, nay, demand a refund of your $35 for help you did not receive. Next, call you credit card company, and make sure that the charge to your card is contested as well. The only way these kind of situations can be addressed, if MS receives clear indications that "We don't really support the Mac OS here" is not a vlaid tech support attitude, and if they sell Mac products, they should have appropriate tech support for people paying for it. As such, I'd like to reiterate once again how grateful we should be for the support and help we receive from the MS folks on this list, who certainly never see any of the $35 MS milks Mac users for.
