Seems an interesting suicide-wish on the part of the Microsoft/Hotmail corporation - I've solved the issue simply by switching several of my clients over to either Mac.com, or other alternate mail programs... After a couple of days of no restoration of service, I simply wrote hotmail off, and sent notices to my clients about how to switch their e-mails to alternates.
