This was my wish as well. As near as I can tell, if your company is using Exchange 2000, there is greater calendar sharing functionality in Entourage, as compared to Exchange 5.5.
For now, I can access our Exchange server as an IMAP client [but it is slow with as many messages as I have in my Exchange account], but calendaring is, well, a waste of time and energy in my view. Big disappointment, but about the only one I have with Entourage X, except for that darn forced single window mode.
