First off, it doesn't remember every email address - only the last 200 that were not in your address book. They are weighted by age and frequency, so if you never use them, they will eventually "fall off" the list. If you want to remove one or two, then you can add the address you want to remove to your address book, this will remove it from the "recently used" list, then delete the address from your address book. Sorry, but this is really the only way...in 2001.
