All participants in Microsoft beta programs are subject to NDAs, without
exception. I would be very surprised if reviewers getting betas didn't.
That's also why none of us can answer your original question. we're not
allowed to. Perhaps you find that naive of us. If you're a lawyer, I'm sure
you're accustomed to thinking logically:
Anyone able to answer your question about whether b15 is GM can't do so
because:
1) We signed an NDA preventing us from doing so.
2) We would lose all standing with MS and never get invited back as beta
testers.
Presumably your friend isn't bothered by either of those considerations. So
he won't mind if you tell us his name.
Who's your friend with b15 and GM?
