As an example, I work for a rather large entertainment company, that is covered, site-wide, by various NDAs with various other computer companies. As it stands, since I signed an NDA with the company (standard procedure) I *CAN* inspect and check out various products presented under NDA. Similarly, I *can* show various products that I signed NDAs for, to others at the company. So, to reiterate, without knowing any specifics, you do **NOT** have any knowledge of that issue - at least not enough to make your statement.
