This little witch hunt is getting annoying. The accusation that started this
thread was the Greg Hammond had pirated the software.  Subsequent messages
cleared this up, and his exposure was to a legitimate copy of the software.
Therefore, the piracy issue is resolved, and several members of this list,
and one in particular seem to owe Mr. Hammond an apology for the accusation.

As to the NDA issue, it is not clear to me that there was any intention to
break confidentiality - nor is it clear to me that a loan of a system would
necessarily constitute a violation of the NDA. We would have to know a lot
more about the circumstances of the loan of the system than has been
presented in this forum to make that judgment, until then, as I recall, the
principle is innocent until proven guilty.
