What is an NDA? It is a NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT! Having signed one myself at
some time my understanding is that an NDA is a generic term and does not
specify its content. Therefore if you take ten NDA's the non-disclosure
agreed to in any one may, indeed will, be different from the others, unless
you are talking of a subset of NDA's prepared by one company for the use of
one office.
