Agreed. Mind you, I don't believe anyone really argues that what happened
was 'right', merely that it does not signify the end of civilization as we
know it.

Which is, I believe the only real and valid point to be made here. This is
no different to Clinton's indiscretions - it wasn't wrong of him to boff the
intern, but rather of denying so in a public forum.

Similarly, no harm was done by Greg and his consultant violating NDA, but he
shouldn't have brought any attention to it in a public forum.

(Oh, and last but not least, it could always have been just as possible that
the copy used was acquired from a Hotline/Carracho server - in which case
neither would have violated NDA - - yeah, we know this not to be the case,
but if that were so, it would majorly screw the whole NDA argument).
