While the first few messages in this thread were interesting, I think I speak for the majority of those not involved in the discussion when I say that it has quickly become boring, and is now basically a matter of "I'm right and you're wrong and if you disagree I'll just insult you" ;)
I think one thing most people will agree on is that a discussion of NDAs doesn't fit the purpose of this list, and having 90% of the last 100 or so messages is doing nothing but giving people a forum to hear themselves talk ;) My experience has taught me that the two sides on this issue will *never* come to any agreeable point, so I respectfully suggest that we just move on. If the MacBU feel this was a violation of NDA, I'm sure they'll pursue it off-list. If others feel this was or wasn't a violation of NDA, it's your right to have your opinion. P.S.
