Getting back to what most of us here may have an interest in:

I ordered my Office v.X upgrade at 7:30 a.m. on the day it was released
(Monday November 19th).  I too had the same problems with the order status
on the web site.

Last night (Tuesday,  November 20th) I checked again (one of many times
during the day) and it showed my order as being "complete" having been
shipped by U.S. Mail.
