What do you see? OS should have nothing to do with it. Those of us (like Diane and me) using Entourage X may be getting out of touch with Entourage 2001. I have a vague recollection that even in its own window, it may perhaps "run out" of space at the edge of one line when there are a lot of recipients? (Or that vague recollection may be faulty, could be an early unreleased version I'm remembering, or OE 5!) If so, you can go to View--> Internet Headers, and scroll them, or - easier to read - View--> Source. That will show all of the recipients, including non-contacts. Your method with links will only show contacts, when the link preference has been previously taken.
