I created a rule that was supposed to do three things A) changed status to "read" B) play a sound C) move to a folder called entourage help
I have this rule at the top of my rules, and I can't get it to work. I have re-arranged the order, and I've tried to split it into three rules instead of one rule. The only part that is working, is the move to another folder, but the change in status and the sound are not working. Any ideas?
