Strangely enough, I deleted all the rules applying to this, and rebuilt one new rule that was to make a sound only. I put this rule at the top of the rules and clicked not to apply other rules. The sound didn't play, and somehow the message got moved to another folder other than the "IN" folder! It got moved to the folder that I had it being moved to in the old deleted rule. Not sure what is up, but I must have a ghost rule somewhere.
