Here's another one: Get rid (or give us an option to) of the On My Computer master folder in the folders list. It moves over all of my folders from the edge (due to nesting) just enough to be bothersome, and it serves no real purpose. If someone doesn't want to see their full list of folders, use the Hide Folders option right above the On My Computer folder.
And add telephone dialing. I know this was discussed when Entourage first came out. Almost every PIM (including Windows Outlook) has this function. I'd also like to add a fax function.
