Since reassigning command keys in Entourage 2001 comes up somewhat frequently, I thought I'd mention this...
ActionMenus is available as a free download for a limited time. Among other things, it permits reassigning command keys for menu items just by holding the pointer over the menu item and typing a new keyboard sequence in.
