My Export Contacts E-Win scripts actually work better than those scripts, and are much easier to use. It's the Convert Comma File droplet in the script package there you need. But you have to use it in OS 9. Then reboot in OS X and I think you can import the file directly to Entourage X. I'll re-do the converter for OS X in a few days, or I can do it for you today if you really need it that way.
