Yes, select Page Setup once from the File menu of Entourage, make sure all the settings make sense (like page size, scaling, etc.) and then click OK. I had some very strange default settings (like 1400% scaling, and a custom paper size). Once I cleaned this stuff up, Entourage v.X started to print correctly.
