That's not the right place for Entourage X scripts. The right place is:

(OS X partition, if different)
    Users
        [you] ("Home")
            Documents
                Microsoft User Data
                    Entourage Script Menu Items

And a lot of them won't work. Any script that required a scripting addition,
such as Akua Sweets, Jon's Commands, etc. won't work in OS X. The other
scripts, that didn't need scripting additions (osaxen)  mostly will work.
_Some_ (but not too many) of the scripts that won't work have new X
versions: search at AppleScript Central for Application: Entourage X. And-
some scripts aren't needed any more (like most of my Office for Office
scripts), because Entourage X or Word X can do it themselves now.
