Dave, Install the Palm software as instructed. Also get the Entourage Conduit and Entourage Conduit Support files (from you CD or from web download). Inside the Palm Desktop folder, you will see the Conduits folder. If you don't have a Conduits (Disabled) [or similarly named] folder, make one. Move the following conduits OUT of the Conduits folder to the disabled conduits folder: ToDo Conduit Memo Conduit Address Book Conduit Datebook Conduit Put the Entourage Conduit and the Entourage Conduit Support library file IN the Conduits folder.
