Paul Your instructions guide me to create the new categories, then to sync to Entourage 2001 to have them there. I do a cradle sync and get message "The connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. Please check your setup and try again." I didn't do anything different since a consultant installed OS X. What should I be looking to change?
