That means your accounts didn't import correctly from Entourage 2001, or you
haven't included them in your Send & Receive All Schedule. Have you? An easy
way to check is to go to each (or only) mail account in
Tools/Accounts/select account/Edit and check whether the box "Include in
Send and Receive All" is checked. Also check in Tools/Schedules/ that you
have only one Send & Receive All schedule and that it is enabled (checked).
Often imports bring in your old schedule (not bold) and give it a different
name, and it may be disabled. You should just enable the bold version, make
sure all your accounts are in there, then delete the unbolded schedule, if
you have one. The main thing is to enable the schedule (Enabled box
checked).

If all this is OK, then possibly your accounts aren't set correctly, with
correct settings for POP (or IMAP) server and SMTP server. Well, SMTP is OK
if you can send mail from Entourage. Can you? Just check your settings, with
your ISP if necessary.
