You can send a Redirect from an Outgoing Rule. It will put the messages to
the two other (or one other - I didn't quite understand whether you want 2
or 3 in all) recipients in your Outbox, which will get sent at the NEXT Send
& Receive All.

Or you could adapt my "Add BCC or CC" script to make it a To recipient
instead of a CC. But you'd have to leave out the Jon's Commands-dependent
technique of holding down command key to reset, and just enter the
recipient(s) first time, then re-compile the script to change.

I'll be adapting that script and a lot of others as soon as I finish my
present project which has been taking about 3 months. The end is in sight.
