Paul, thanks your explanation makes sense as to why the messages are still being left on the server, but I am *100%* positive that it is unchecked for each account. What's confusing is that I am telling it to download the messages and it's telling me it will and then in the end it doesn't and from some of my accounts (based on how they handle messages being left on the server) I get the message (in duplicate) every time I Send & Receive. I just thought that if the "Leave Messages on the Server" button was going to default to leaving messages on the server only, then the button would be greyed out, or at least mentioned in the documentation somewhere. > I don't know about the Test Drive, but in the full release of Entourage, of > course you can turn that off and remove from server as mail is downloaded.
