Try setting a schedule to download the accounts at different times. This
might help if there is some conflict.

I see this from time to time and it just clears itself. I think it has
something to do the Hotmail servers. Try just giving it some time the next
time it happens.

I also see this with my mac.com accounts. When the servers are down I get
the error message.
