Paul Last week, we had an exchange of emails (below). I haven't written because my hard drive died (fortunately I was completely backed up), so I lost some time. After formatting the new drive and reinstalling OS X, the consultant put back in my documents and applications. I now want to begin the process that will result in my being able to use your Sync X to Palm Script. Entourage 2001 currently has none of my data in it (I could bring it back in, but I thought better to start clean and perhaps avoid the problem about which you and I have been communicating). I prepare to hot sync with Entourage 2001, wanting to use conduit setting "Handheld overwrite Entourage." Go to Hot Sync Manager, click on Entourage conduit to set it, and get error message "An Entourage identity matching this handheld user (using my name, Richard Shane) could not be located.
