Alright, I'm sleuthing this down, but still have an obstacle. I create an envelope template, then go to "Tools" -> "Envelopes" In that window, if I click on "Use My Address", I see my return address. I want to modify it, yet can't seem to get the "Return Address" window highlighted, allowing me to enter changes.
Apologies for all these emails, but each step of the way I thought I had it, only to encounter another obstacle.
