I'm noticing some strange behavior with message scrolling. In Entourage v.X.

When I receive a message formatted as "text", I can move the insertion point
inside the message body with the arrow keys. When the insertion point
reaches the bottom of the screen, the message begins to scroll.

When I receive a message formatted as "html", I cannot scroll the message
using the arrow keys. If I select the "Message/Edit Message" command, then
"Cancel" at the alert which asks if I'm sure I want to turn off html
formatting, I can scroll the message using the arrow keys! Since I have no
insertion point, pressing the "down" or "up" arrow results in an immediate
scroll (which is good).

To summarize, here are my two items:

1. It seems like Entourage should always allow the arrow keys to scroll html
messages.

2. For received messages, it would be "nice" if Entourage would allow the
arrow keys to scroll the message rather than move the insertion point
*until* I click someplace in the message window to initially "place" the
insertion point. In other words, when I open a message, the arrow keys would
scroll the message body (like they do *sometimes* with an html message). If
I want to select text in the message body (or header), I click in the
appropriate area, and pressing the arrow keys moves the insertion point like
it does now.

Hopefully the first item can be added to the Entourage bug list, the second
to the Entourage wish list!

Enjoy!
