Thanks,
the last thing was that I didn't know but that's probably the option I
choose. 
The second came to my mind, but you know I have so much open stuff in my
dock, and the Entourage E bounces so nicely....
The first has never become a habit .. Double click on the top window bar is
what I am used to.
