At work, I have a G4-400 running 9.2.2 and I use OE 5.0.3 there also, and the same problem has developed. I haven’t found a solution yet. Will share it with all when I do.

I have not changed any setting, but this has become a persistent failure. Links within IE pages continue to open new pages properly.
