First, you didn't need to move any files to import from E2001 to EfX. Sounds to me like moving the E2001 file is the major problem. For E2001 to find it, it has to be in the original location; can't you just move it back?
You may need to delete the empty file that E2001 created when you started it up with its file "missing". If the above does not help, you need to be more specific about exactly what file or files you moved.
