I think the calendar in <EvX> is still primitive, although it is better than 2001. It has a way to go! No way I know of to change the font used for the calendar, or to turn off the small month display. But, I believe you can make that display smaller by dragging the size bar, and in EfX you can drag it down to nothing...I think in E2001, you're stuck with whatever you've got.
