I had had multiple problems with Entourage: 1. Summary window was blank
2. After deleting an email, it didn't open next one (although it was set to), but opened a random one. 3. Wouldn't print emails. I worked on the phone with a Microsoft tech named Garrett. It took us almost two hours to clear it up. After trying many things unsuccessfully, he had me: Create a new identity. Exported contacts from old one, imported into new one. Dragged old email folders onto desktop (I had a lot of them from previously using Eudora). In new identity, imported .mbox folders. New identity worked great. Then stopped working great. Went through whole process again, but this time only imported essential email folders. Works great now! Small hitch: Entourage cannot export old tasks and notes for me to import into new identity, so I just printed out hardcopies of each and am manually entering them. This is fine with me, as I'm just happy Entourage works fully again. I tip my hat to Garrett as he got this to work again.
