Difficulty do group e-mails

Title: Difficulty do group e-mails

I am having difficulty sending group e-mails. When I try to send more than 10 e-mails, I receive an error message saying “invalid syntax” I realize this may be caused by my internet provider which is Prodigy. Has anyone else had this problem and do you know a solution?
