Nope, nothing checked... and like I said, it ONLY happens to my POP server, other servers it doesn't issue the AUTH command at all. I have even changed my POP server to send the exact welcome banner as a server that it doesn't do it to, and it still issues the AUTH to my server. Any other ideas? I am begining to think it is a bug in Entourage talking to a local server (a server located on the same machine as entourage).
