Check it out here: http://www.selznick.com One of the differences in using an application like this over something like TypeIt4Me. Is you do not have to remember the shortcut. You just look for the subject and select. I used it for the URL above. Prior to OS X, I used OneClick's Insert Text which I liked much better than Typist because it allowed me to organize in folders.
