I spent the last 3 hours helping a friend who has a PC with Outlook Express. I know that Windows has gotten a lot better over the years, but give me a Mac any day! And E'rage instead of OE. I struggled with almost everything I wanted to do, from something as simple as moving a Word doc from one folder to another (never did figure that out - I had to "save as" to do it and then delete the original - dragging the file from one place to the other just never did anything), to the slightly more complicated (creating an email group from an incoming email addressed to the people he wanted in the group - OE seemed to be doing the right thing (well, I guess it was), but then it actually allowed me to click OK in a sort of "options" window and close the group window without saving the additions to the group, so I had to do the whole thing (which wasn�t as easy as it would have been in E'rage, since I couldn't use a category to identify the people I wanted to put in the group) a second time.
